The previously planned PlayStation 4 version of Postal Redux will no longer be released, developer Running With Scissors co-owner and VP of business development Michael Jaret-Schachter said during the latest Regret Nothing podcast.

“We were planning to release Postal Redux for PS4,” Jaret Schachter said. “It was approved, we could’ve done it, but it was kind of last in the line of development, and, uh… well, the game just didn’t sell very well. So, you know, making our first game on console would’ve been very important and a good thing to do, but it just wasn’t financially possible.”

Postal Redux launched in May 2016 for PC, and was planned for release in Q4 2016 for PlayStation 4.
