Square Enix filed a trademark for “Gate of Nightmares” on February 4 in Japan.
The company also trademarked “Endwalker” and “Gyougetsu no Finale” (2), which are the English and Japanese subtitles of the recently announced latest Final Fantasy XIV expansion.
Bandai Namco Studio filed a trademark for “Survival Quiz CITY” and Kadokawa Corporation filed one for “Sword Art Online: Variant Showdown.” It should be noted that while Bandai Namco publishes and develops the Sword Art Online games, the trademarks are held by Sword Art Online project owner Kadokawa Corporation.
Hamster also filed a logo trademark for Sol Cresta. This one is particularly curious considering the same logo appeared in PlatinumGames’ April Fools’ Day 2020 prank, in which the developer joked it was making a Sol Cresta arcade cabinet.

Finally, Imagineer filed a trademark for “Nazotoki no Yakata” (Puzzle-Solving Manor).
