Story of Seasons tops Bravely Default II in opening week.

Famitsu Sales: 2/22/21 – 2/28/21

Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of February 22, 2021 to February 28, 2021.

Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town for Switch was the highest selling new release of the week, opening at 202,396 retail copies sold. Bravely Default II followed at 93,061 units sold.

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 78,049 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 33,838 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 3,217 units, and the Xbox Series family sold 1,487 units. Next-generation consoles continue to face stock issues.
