First look at Strikers 2020

The May 2019-announced sequel to the Strikers 1945 series resurfaces.

Publisher City Connection and developer Zerodiv shared a first look at the May 2019-announced Strikers 2020 at Shooting Game Daikanshasai 2021.

Strikers 2020 is billed as an authentic followup to the Strikers 1945 series, which launched in 1995 and saw three sequels with Strikers 1945 II in 1997, and Strikers 1945 III and Strikers 1945 Plus (a Strikers 1945 II remake) in 1999.

The first-ever screenshot of Strikers 2020 reveals the gameplay screen and various gadgets, as well as confirms local two-player cooperative play:

As for platforms and a release date, City Connection reiterated that those are still to be determined.
